Executive briefings
Frame one business issue, surface the decisions, and agree what needs a closer look.
A short briefing, with audience and timing agreed in advance.
AI transformation workshops
Bring the people who know the work. We’ll map what changes, agree who owns it, and shape a practical next step. Real decisions. Sleeves rolled up.
Work on the business
Start with one team, one workflow, and one AI use case. Map the tasks, human judgment, role responsibilities, and support the changed work requires.
Bring a bounded set of initiatives. Work through their value, dependencies, evidence, and ownership so the sponsor can decide what to pursue, revise, hold, or stop.
Work through the operating responsibilities for one defined AI use case. Agree how decisions, human review, exceptions, and escalation should work.
Examine one workflow’s handoffs, exceptions, data dependencies, and operating constraints. Separate what is known from what still needs evidence.
Choose the depth
Frame one business issue, surface the decisions, and agree what needs a closer look.
A short briefing, with audience and timing agreed in advance.
Work through one bounded question and capture a draft decision brief or next action.
Typically 60–90 minutes. Scope is narrower than a half-day workshop.
Bring the relevant roles together to examine the work, responsibilities, dependencies, and next test.
Timing and prework depend on the workshop and evidence available.
Combine preparation, facilitation, review, and validation actions around the agreed business question.
A scoped engagement, with responsibilities and review points agreed together.
Make the work move
Use the session to agree what matters and who owns the next move. Review the drafts against your evidence, resolve open questions, and decide what to test.

An owned business question, the relevant process and decision makers, and approved or sanitized examples. Prework and tool access are agreed for the scope. Fictional examples can frame a discussion; your operating decisions need your evidence.
Preparation, facilitation, review, deliverables, and fees are agreed before booking. Workshop outputs are drafts for client review. Implementation, production deployment, and ongoing oversight are separate scopes.
Materials, delivery roles, permitted reuse, and any partner branding are agreed in writing for each engagement.
One thing that's glaringly obvious about you that I've experienced first hand (i.e. classes taught, panel discussions participated in, data & AI leadership positions held, books written) is that you're a true data & AI thought leader.
In addition, her ability to develop highly professional and clear documentation and training guides were second to none.
